1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pgasia777 ("pgasia777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pgasia777 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at pgasia777.vip and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

pgasia777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the pgasia777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pgasia777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgasia777 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. pgasia777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pgasia777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). pgasia777 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended.

3.5 Non-Transferability. Your pgasia777 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pgasia777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed on the deposit page within your pgasia777 account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. pgasia777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use for gambling purposes. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal means, is strictly prohibited.

4.5 Prohibited Payment Methods. pgasia777 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card. These payment methods are not available on the Platform.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pgasia777 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address or mobile number on file before any fee is applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General. pgasia777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgasia777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported to pgasia777 and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Privacy and Data Protection

pgasia777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pgasia777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pgasia777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Termination by pgasia777. pgasia777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at pgasia777's sole discretion. In the event of termination for cause, pgasia777 may forfeit any balance remaining in your account.

12.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your pgasia777 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to pgasia777's internal dispute resolution process. You must submit your complaint in writing to pgasia777 support, and pgasia777 will endeavor to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days of receipt.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pgasia777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pgasia777 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
